Mark and his team have just finished our complete bathroom makeover and we couldn’t be happier!
From the first meeting with Mark, we were offered friendly, knowledgeable and helpful advice. Mark listened to our design ideas and offered clear and constructive feedback that meant we designed a bathroom absolutely fitting to our family requirements. It was also brilliant to see our design through the virtual equipment which really helped us to be sure we’d made all the right decisions.
From the first to the last day of installation, Mark and his team worked so hard. It was clear that each member of the team were highly skilled and perfectionists (especially Mark)
I was initially concerned about how much of an upheaval having a bathroom redone with two small children would be. Very quickly, I realised this wouldn’t be an issue! The team worked around us and were conscientious which meant the experience was stress-free and we get to enjoy our beautiful new bathroom in time for Christmas!
