Customer care is excellent…

Mark took us through the whole process from the planning to it’s conclusion.  We have the added complication of living in a Grade 2 listed building but he took all of that on board.  Mark designed, project managed and oversaw all the work. His excellent team ripped out and then installed two beautiful bathrooms.  Nothing was too much trouble. Mark even drove to Bristol when a different toilet pan was required! His customer care is excellent.  Highly recommended
