Thanks to Mark and his team for the work they have done to transform our bathroom, en-suite and cloakroom. From entering the shop to the completed installation, the service has been excellent. Jane and Mark gave us tips and advice which helped us make decisions that are right for us. Everything was dealt with professionally and finished to a high standard. Although not the cheapest option you will find, quality products, guarantees for products and workmanship, as well as an all inclusive service, gives peace of mind and makes it well worthwhile. The main team of Rhys, Jake and Greg were professional, friendly, polite and very helpful, going above and beyond. Rhys, is outstanding in his customer service and interpersonal skills. Mark was on hand and present to oversee the whole process and deal with any queries we had. We would highly recommend The Bathroom Shop.
